Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your e-mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your mail accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mail accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just select the email mailbox you want to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest.
